Tamara Syverson leads RCCS with a focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, and collaborative client partnership. With more than two decades of experience in radiation oncology and revenue cycle consulting, she oversees interdisciplinary teams across business units, specialties, and service lines, helping health systems and oncology practices optimize documentation, workflow, and financial performance.
Before her executive career, Tamara spent over a decade in clinical radiation therapy, grounding her leadership in deep firsthand experience with patient care and clinical operations. This blend of clinical insight and consulting expertise enables her to guide teams in practical, empathetic, and results-oriented solutions.
Areas of expertise: Oncology revenue cycle strategy, documentation and coding compliance, process improvement, EMR optimization, operational leadership.
Outside of work, Tamara enjoys creative pursuits such as baking and DIY home projects, as well as exploring the outdoors and learning about her Scandinavian heritage through travel.
