Rebecca Hill | BS, RT(T)(ARRT), CHONC | Manager, Oncology eConsulting
Meet Rebecca Hill
Rebecca “Becky” Hill has built her career around a simple but powerful passion: helping others grow. As the Manager of Oncology eConsulting, she supports both her clients and her team through education, collaboration, and a deep commitment to staying ahead in an ever-evolving specialty. “Our world is always changing,” she explains. “Staying up to date is a must. I love helping clients and team members understand the importance of proper documentation, correct code capture, working denials, and all the aspects of the revenue cycle that ultimately impact patient care.”
Before entering radiation oncology, Becky worked in cosmetology. A friend recognized her strengths and encouraged her to explore oncology... a suggestion that changed the course of her life. “I have always had a passion to care for people, so I was immediately drawn to this world,” she recalls. At a freestanding facility, Becky not only treated patients; she also handled daily charge review for her location and supported professional charge capture for several other sites. That experience sparked her interest in revenue cycle work and led her to pursue a career with RCCS.
“This job has not only challenged me but also provided the tools for growth,” Becky says. “Every day brings new challenges, and working for RCCS gives me the opportunity to still feel like we’re making a difference in the patient’s overall care.”
In her current role, Becky focuses on bringing industry expertise directly to clients and ensuring her team members have the support they need. She stays current with clinical, billing, and coding changes to provide clients with accurate, meaningful guidance. She also stays closely involved with her team’s daily client interactions, offering mentorship, insight, and opportunities for development. “We are a team,” she says. “Working together is a win for all of us and a big win for the patient.”
Outside of work, Becky keeps an active lifestyle. She enjoys spending time with her family, running, boating, and paddle boarding... anything that gets her moving. Those who know her well describe her as loyal, dedicated, and friendly... someone who can be counted on, who shows up in moments of struggle, and who makes others feel welcome.
From her early clinical days to her leadership role at RCCS, Becky’s commitment to helping people thrive has remained constant. Her passion for patient care, her dedication to lifelong learning, and her unwavering support of her team make her a trusted leader and an invaluable resource to the oncology community.
