Melody W. Mulaik serves as Chief Operations Officer of R3, bringing decades of healthcare leadership experience across revenue cycle, coding, compliance, and radiology operations. A former President of Coding Strategies, Inc., she now leads enterprise-wide operational strategy, aligning R3’s business units to deliver consistent, high-quality service and sustainable growth. Known for her ability to translate complex regulatory and financial concepts into clear, strategic direction, Melody serves as both an internal operational leader and an external industry voice.
Melody is deeply engaged in national industry leadership. She serves in multiple roles with AHRA and the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA), including regulatory and education advisory committees, and is a frequent writer and speaker on regulatory, reimbursement, and operational topics. Her collaborative approach and expansive professional network position her as a connector across organizations, facilitating dialogue that strengthens the industry as a whole.
